What Is Going On?

For some strange reason my iPad will no longer sync highlights or notes. I was able to delete a note on my MacBook Air (2017) and it was eventually deleted on my iPad Air 2 but I made another note on my MBA which DID NOT sync to my iPad. Highlights DO NOT sync at all! Why is the mobile app imploding?

I believe this is a known issue... as has happened on the desktop side the mobile side seems to have gotten a little unstable in its 8 release. I do believe they are working on the issues but I have not heard when they think things will be getting back to normal. Just my opinion but feels like 8 mobiles and 8 desktop are both way to buggy to be out there... I mean both products are settled to a mostly usable point but where as desktop 8 is constantly glitching on me 7 was pretty stable.

OK, some additional information. I can make highlight changes in my iPad and they sync to my MacBook Air. Changes made on the MacBook Air DO NOT make it to the iPad. Not sure if this is helpful or helps solve the problem.
