There is THE Latin lexicon, Lewis & Short. And some others in Logos, helpful stuff.

Lewis published a second, small lexicon which came to many of us through Perseus: "An Elementary Latin Dictionary", LLS:LEWIS - however, this is wrongly classified as type:dictionary rather than type:lexicon as all the others are:

Most probably this was overlooked in the very automated process of Perseus generation some years back, since it also received only a generic subject, unlike e.g. the two Arabic lexicons that came with Perseus and show appropriate type and subject:

The type:dictionary for Lewis' Elementary Dictionary however is wrong, as it is used only for modern languages such as English, German and (presumably) Spanish etc:

Please correct the type of LLS:LEWIS, thank you!

Have joy in the Lord! Smile
