Were you running a scan from your security suite at the time? Or was a Windows Update download in progress?
You can get your security suite to exclude the Logos4 folder from being scanned.
You should get Windows Update to finish its job if it failed.

Thanks Dave, I do know that my copy of Windows is up-to-date. I do not know if my security program was running in the background at that time. I also do not know if my system backup program was running at that time. I also do not know if the program that I use to keep my computers in sync was running at that time.
I might be able to prevent my security from scanning a part of my hard drive, but my other programs need to access the entire data portion of my hard drive.
If the problem persists it is best to contact Technical Support as they can be much more interactive in looking at the problem.
