The Android team is pleased to announce the 8.0.8.0006 Stable release of the Faithlife Apps.

The apps should be available soon in the Google Play store and sometime tomorrow in the Amazon Store.

Description – How were you using the app when the problem occurred?
Reproduction Steps - Clearly explain how to reproduce the issue.
App Info – Which app you are using (Bible, Biblia, Faithlife Study Bible, Verbum or Faithlife Ebooks).
Device Info – (Nexus 7, Motorola Triumph, Droid Bionic, Kindle Fire HDX).
Android Version – (5.1, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x).

Thanks for the update.
Here are two bugs:
1. When a resource fails to update, there's no "retry". One has to search for the resource in the library and trigger update manually.
2. The app is now very picky with respect to cover images. Many images don't download, especially if the resource is new or recently updated.
