I am getting VERY frustrated. I am trying to achieve a simple goal: Using the resource Gray, Tim, and Jeff Cavins. Walking with God: A Journey through the Bible. West Chester, PA: Ascension Press, 2010. apply Biblical Event tags to the events highlighted in the book. The purpose is simply: to have the Factbook Biblical Event entries show the Walking with God equivalents in the Community Tags section.

This is the results of the four sections of chapter 1:

  1. Biblical Event "Creation" not listed BUG: Community tag box fails to show correct Biblical Event entry
  2. Biblical Event "The Fall" not listed BUG: Community tag box fails to show correct Biblical Event entry
  3. a) Biblical event "Cain kills Abel" worked
    b) Biblical event "Noah's Life" worked
  4. Biblical event "Story of Babel" - this reports

First, "Story of Babel" takes 3 minutes to generate drop down list. This is typical of multi-word entries; single words are quick. But it adds to the frustration when an entry is missing.

Second, this is the results - again no event.

No, I have not forgotten previous discussions with Sean and Bradley on LCV handling different entity types with identical names. But I need to be able to focus on linking EVENTS - being sure that they will show only as events in Search and Factbook. There is no way that you can programmatically know I mean an event not a topic. Why aren't all the Biblical Events of the BEN available as potential Community Tags.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Looks like only "the tower of babel is built" is a technical event that falls under the broader category of "story of babel" much like "Noah is Born" is an event that falls under the broader category of "Noah's Life", to use an example from your screen shot.  Not sure if that's helpful for your purposes, but here's what I found:
