Printing Issue

When I go to print a passage of the ESV or a Page of a Commentary through the print/export feature only a portion of passage or paragraph will print. If I export to a Word Doc everything prints fine. As anyone else run into this issue.

Now it's not printing anything from bibles and commentaries so there's nothing I can post. I guess I'll have to give them a call.
