L8 Note Basics

I am looking for the Basics of how to use and utilize the L8 Note and its features.  I have watched the current video and it seems one must have already had some experience with Note in previous versions to operate.  I am very hands on so screen shots are very helpful and step by step.  Thanks for any help.
