It might be relatively easy, but since this bible is copyrighted, it needs two things to get it into the Logos catalogue:
- a contract between the Publisher and Faithlife (after that, the bible may show as a PrePub item)
- the publisher supplies the bible in a suitable electronic file format and it is subsequently produced (which takes time and is costly)
Another thing would be to build your own version of EHV as a Personal Book (PB). Building a bible that works is not "easy". However, if there is an electronic version out there anywhere, it can be done. Actually there are templates which you could use to copy in EHV verses - it's tedious, but still will be probably much faster than waiting for the EHV to be officially produced.
There may be a way in-between: if the publisher (Wartburg project) just wants this bible in the hands of pastors and people, they can share a file (Word, Excel, XML) with you and give permission to share as a PB source for Logos - since there are enough users who have experience with building a bible, I strongly believe the EHV would end up quite fast in the Files subforum as a PB source for every Logos user to use.
Have joy in the Lord!

Since it's also available on Kindle (https://www.amazon.com/Holy-Bible-Evangelical-Heritage-Testament-ebook/dp/B071FLJK1P), can't it be converted to a personal book from there? I don't claim to know how to do that but I've seen posts on these forums about how to get kindle books into Logos.
Maybe search the forums for converting kindle books to personal books and then follow whatever those instructions are.
