Syncing Reading Plans

I've created (or "generated") three reading plans. Only two of them sync to my mobile devices.  I don't see what determines if a reading plan syncs or not.  Please advise.

    They should all sync automatically.

    Is the third of a different type? Can you provide details of the one that doesn’t sync?
