I have noticed that if you create a note initially as a highlight, it will always have the type:highlight, and the same for type:notes. Adding a highlight or a note icon does nothing to change the initial type. Is there anyway of changing this other than creating the note again? It seems to render the type filter irrelevant if any changes have been made to highlights or notes.

I brought up this same issue a while back. I can understand not changing a note to a highlight, but definitely need to change a highlight to a note if a note is attached to the highlight.
