Media Only Available for Parts of a Resource (Readings in the Greek New Testament - Audio)

Hi,

I can play most of the readings in the Greek New Testament Resource, but a few (Matthew 5, 6, 7 and John 1) consistently bring up the message:

"We couldn't access the media you're trying to play. Please verify that you are not working offline. ..."

I am definitely online, and can play nearly all of the sections in the recording - just not those four. Any advice?

Which specific engine are you running? Which specific OS? You may need to post logs (see my signature line).

It is clear that there is some sort of error with the stream. Have you tried the "download all media" feature? Since you are using L7, I believe you would find this under the book cover menu. I don't own the resource to check and see for myself if there is a problem streaming those portions.
