Link Links to My Computer Instead fo the Web

My old links, still links me to my desktop Logos books, while the new one (Logos 8) links to a web site, then to a launcher then back to my computer to open the book at the link. What's Up? No, I am not a cloud guy! When offline, this makes all the new links inoperable.

How do I make my links, link directly to my Computer Logos Books instead of the website?

    Hi George,

    You need to make sure that the "Copy Location As:" is set to L4:

    Note that you have to use the "Copy Location As" shortcut to make these L4 links. This won't change the form of "Hyperlink Copied Citations" (in Program Settings). They will always use the URL method and require going through a web browser.

    Two work around ideas:

    • Copy link & paste into command box (resolved internally by application)
    • Create a Personal Book (PB) with links (click in your PB opens in application)

    Thanks; I should have asked sooner. It works just find; it will take a while to edit my links.
