I'm trying to find a way to search for all statements the apostles made about Jesus. Any way to do this easily in Logos 7?
One search idea is:
({Speaker <Person Matthew>} OR {Speaker <Person John Mark>} OR {Speaker <Person Luke>} OR {Speaker <Person John (son of Zebedee)>} OR {Speaker <Person Paul>} OR {Speaker <Person James (brother of Jesus)>}) INTERSECTS <Person Jesus>

K4SJ suggestion is a good one if you are thinking about direct speech (for example in Acts, or the Gospels) — although he does miss out some apostles, which you'd need to add — Peter being the most obvious one.
But you might also want to add in statements they made about Jesus in their writings. To do so, a Bible search for <Person Jesus>, restricted to those books written by the apostles, should find them. To restrict to those books, click on All Passages and enter your own custom range. The range you enter will depend on various factors, such as whether you intend to include Paul, and who you consider to be the authors of books such as Hebrews and James.
[:$] ({Speaker <Person Nathanael>} OR {Speaker <Person Peter>} OR {Speaker <Person Matthew>} OR {Speaker <Person John Mark>} OR {Speaker <Person Luke>} OR {Speaker <Person John (son of Zebedee)>} OR {Speaker <Person Paul>} OR <Person Paul> OR <Person James (brother of Jesus)>) INTERSECTS <Person Jesus>
