In my notes (I called it Study Bible Notes; my own that I'm making). I use the NASB; however, I want to link to verse in the KJV.
Yet, when I mouse-over, it always "pops up" the NASB translation.
Follow this link to the LOGOS wiki.

I tried a quick test and was able to get something like what you want to do to work.
I opened the bible i wanted the text to display from.I highlighted the verse/verses.I chose the "Copy location as" option. This copied the address for the verses in THAT resource/Bible to the clip board.I then put some sort of text in a note. Highlighted the text. Chose the link icon and pasted the link text from the clipboard into the text box and clicked "save" .
Now when in whatever resource you put/attached the note and you click on the little note icon, the Notes window will open.then you can hover over the verse link you created in that note the Bible Popup will display the version you want.
I'm not sure if this makes any sense but just take a look at the wiki page and you will figure it out.
The following are links in action.
This is using some text to "Hide?" the verse reference and attempt to keep LOGOS from using a default - prioritized Bible.
This is typing the reference text but then selection it and applying a hyperlink to the KJV Bible.
And this is typing the verse reference and allowing LOGOS to use the preferred Bible in my Prioritized list.

You need to specify what Notes you are using, as the response above shows Logos 8 and the new "Notes tool". But it will work in old Notes, Logos 7, which you could be using.
If you made the note in NASB it will pop-up the text from NASB. whether or not it is your preferred bible. You can't change the pop-up, but you can make it view in a different bible e.g open the KJV, in its panel menu (the book icon in Logos 7) click on "Send hyperlinks here". When you click the verse in the note, it will now display in the KJV.
