I think there is something wrong with the sync process on the server side because I can't sync.
I click it... it spins for a few seconds and then disappears. The “sync now” command doesn’t work either.

When you say "it dissapears" does the symbol dissapear completely or does it gray out? If it grays out, that is the way it is supposed to function
Dissapears completely as if I was offline.
Anthony, iPhone and iPad are being disrupted as well. I am assuming that something is wrong at Logos.
I am getting the triangle with the exclamation mark in it. It says there is a synce error. However, I didn't get that until I typed in sync now and ran it. Then the button went away again.
I would caution you not to do any manual syncing. That will ultimately give to duplicates.

I have made several changes to note and other features that would dictate a sync and I am unable to get the button to appear again. I have to close L4 and launch it again to see the button, though once clicked it disappears again.
EDIT:
This can pose a BIG problem. Anyone making notes or anything for Sunday service and was planing on the changes being sync'd on the church laptop are going to be out of luck.

I am also having a problem! I suspect it is a server error. These things always seem to happen on holiday weekends.
Well now instead of the sync disappearing I'm getting the yellow triangle.

I was getting the yellow triangle earlier this morning. Now the sync button has disappeared.
No sync button here either...
My syncing seems to be working fine. Maybe it is a regional issue. I am located in the southeastern U.S.

This error should now be resolved. (You may have to restart Logos 4 to start syncing again if the sync arrows don't appear in the upper-right, next to Layouts.)

It is fixed for me also. Wow! Someone is working at Logos this holiday weekend.
Thank you for the fix...I'm glad to see Logos had a technical response capability--much improved from the experiences of a month ago or so when software or resource pushes didn't go so well over a weekend and wiped out Logos stability until the normal workweek arrived.
