Notes aren't syncing between desktop and iPad & Android phones

I edited my previous note by adding some notes last night and it wasn't synced with the iPad and my phone when I used it this morning. And the result of this, I was clueless on pulpit on what was going on, since what I typed last night was completely missing. Not a very honorable moment, I would say the least..

Now that I just got home, I went to see if that "green check" was lit after I edited something again, which it did...but the iPad and phone weren't syncing with desktop.

Am I the only one? I'm not very happy with this..

Currently I am experiencing issues in synching from iPad to desktop but desktop to iPad is working (this was yesterday and I haven’t yet checked today)

EDIT: I've just checked and notes still aren't synching from my iPad to the desktop.

Have you tried using the new “sync your data” command on the iPad?

I too dont see my prayer request syncing to my Logos7. This started yesterday. I logged out both my desktop and my iOS 12 iPhone 7+

I'm using PC, iOS, Android, Web. And I compared among them.

I think Web version is main cloud because it is not belong to device. Is it right?

When I work in PC, then I can see in iOS. However when editing in iOS, it doesn't appear in PC. In this case, It's impossible to work seamlessly in any devices.

Especially in Android(this is my main device), it doesn't work any synchronization.

In Android, it needs "Sync your Device" such as iOS. Please upgrade Android system more carefully. Android is the worst system in LOGOS sync, but Most of people except US use Android as a first device.

Developers!! Please listen to another country users not just US.

Because of this new note system, I upgraded to Logos8, however if it is not work across OS system and device, it doesn't matter.

    Please fix this big issues.

Mine aren't syncing between MacOS and Windows.  I just noticed this today.

I’ve got the same syncing issues. My highlights on mobile can’t be seen on my iPad. I can sync data on my iPhone but on my iPad there is not even the option.

Android app doesn't sync the notes. Desktop and web app works fine.

Me too. It seems intermittent. My iPad highlights aren't syncing to the desktop regularly. I made some highlights 5 days ago that crossed to the desktop fine. But today I made others in a different resource and I can't get them from the iPad to the desktop.

Thanks for the reports. I’m really sorry about this. We’ll investigate ASAP.

I am also having problems with Notes.  The notes I've added on my iOS app have not been syncing back to my desktop and vice versa.  I logged into my documents management page on documents.logos.com and it looks like none of the updates I've made either on my PC or my iPhone were pushed to my cloud account.

Strangely, it looks like the notes I made on both devices are showing up in the app.logos.com notes, even though they are not visible at documents.logos.com.

Additionally, I downloaded a readings document from a course I recently started and while I can see a private version was added to my documents on documents.logos.com, it isn't showing up on my desktop app, iOS app, or app.logos.com.

It appears that the notes syncing feature is broken at the present time.  I have a lot of notes to add, but I'm scared to create any more right now with syncing not working.  Please fix this as soon as possible.  A lot of us rely heavily on this feature.

When I make notes on any iOS device- it syncs to other iOS devices- but not up to the Mac Desktop. Notes made on the desktop immediately sync down to iOS though. So it seems to be an iOS to desktop direction problem.

The following seems to work for getting your desktop/Mac application to sync with changes made on mobile:

    1. Make sure the mobile highlights and notes have been synced (three horizontal bars icon, then "Sync Your Data")

    2. On the desktop/Mac app hold shift (or Mac equivalent) and click the sync icon on the top right.

me too. Android notes and desktop notes cant sync versa.
