Number of Resources?

According to my desktop (iMac) I have 4,496 resources in my library.

According to my Samsung Note 2 (running old Mobile App) I have 4,460

According to my iPad and newer Androids (3 different devices) running Logos 8 I have 4,454. Is there an explanation as to why different devices are showing different numbers of resources? If resources are missing from some devices how on earth do I determine which ones are problematic among so many so I can raise the issue with FL?

Many. Any personal books you have will show up on the compiled COMPUTER only, unless you upload or manually copy the compiled file over to the other computer. The mobile apps come with "free to use but you don't own" resources, which will not show up on your computers. The mobile apps require software updates to allow new resources to be added. The mobile apps are more likely than the desktop app to become corrupted, which may mean resources don't show up. Using the "rebuild index" command may fix the later.

For all of these reasons it can be a real headache to figure it out!

In addition to what JT said, there's the "interactive" type (Psalm's Explorer, Who Killed Goliath?, etc) that appear only on the desktop. I have 37 of those.
