No link to the source.
When I copied something in my commentary and paste it onto my personal note, it is not highlighted in blue anymore.
Anybody knows how to fix it?

My understanding is that this feature has not yet been implemented into the new notes system, but they are working on it.

What exactly are you trying to have show up as a link in your note?
The verse reference (Romans 1:20) ?
or are you wanting to have the citation act as a link back to the resource?
(Barton, B.B ) etc.
When I select the text, right click & copy, I can then right click and paste into the note and the Verse reference works.
I do however have to paste the citation into the note by using the 3 vertical dot panel menu to access the citation. That will not readily show as a hyperlink. But I can turn it into one by using the 3-dot menu and copying the L4 link. Then turn the text in the note into a link that way.

Citations are on the short list to reimplement. I'm confident of this because during a recent beta they had it working but the fix broke something else, so they reverted.

Thanks for your info!
I guess you are write. I remember it worked for a while after I upgraded to Logos 8 and all of a sudden, it stopped working. Hope they fix it soon.

I paste the text into MS Word, copy the footnote below the text, and the paste both into the note. Alternately (or additionally), you can create an anchor to the first few words of the copied text. additional work, but it works.
BTW, the fix that was quickly taken away was footnotes in MS Word. They went immediately below the text rather than in a footnote.
