Is it possible to keep a note while deleting the notebook? FL automatically imported all of our notes into notebooks named for the old document it was in, but with the new system I would like to cull the notebook list.
You can move notes into different notebooks, but as far as I know it's one-at-a-time.
How do you do so? Can you move it into "no notebook"? I can't figure out either.
I've got it, and it can be done!
I've got it, and it can be done! Open a notebook. Control Select all of the notes. Choose "no notebook" Scroll to bottom (didn't see before) and hit "apply."
Does not work in the Mac version 8.2 Beta 1 BUG:Moving notes from notebook
I had the same problem when Logos 8 first came out. I understand that they wanted to put the apply changes button towards the bottom to help people not to accidentally make changes to dozens of notes. But it's a little un-discoverable.
Control Select all of the notes.
For me, Control select will not select any note. How do you select all note in a notebook? Are you speaking about the Darth Vader OS? [:P]
I can select more than one note with Cmd-click, but then I do not have the option to select no notebook
