BUG: inconsistent handling of biblical event cards/community tags

Only the first entries are "closed" to title only; the remainder are not shortened nor is a scroll bar created.

    It seems that this is the same issue reported here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/171022.aspx. I'll add this thread to the case and add that a scroll bar should be added when needed.

    Oops, you need to fix them faster than I forget reporting them ... which is getting shorter as I age.[:$]

    I know this seems like an obscure problem that rarely arises ... but try tagging Biblical Events with community tags. See Walton, John H., and Kim E. Walton. The Bible Story Handbook: A Resource for Teaching 175 Stories from the Bible. Wheaton, IL: Crossway, 2010. especially OT chapter headings for examples of the problem in its natural environment.
