Not able to type in software license

Greetings all,

I need help, I keep having problems with the new software collections not alowing me to write in the license for the products even though I have the *** loaded into computer.  Does anyone know how to bypass this so I can use the software collections?  Any help you can can give would be most appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by "new software collections". If you have the licence for all your collections but are receiving a Serial No. prompt when you start L3 then get rid of it by
Shift+Click on the words "Serial Number" and hit the
"Delete" button that appears.
