Issues with reading plans on mobile devices

Over the last few weeks / months a number of issues have been raised with reading plans not synching to mobile devices and - even if present as Docs not being shown on the homepage.
- Doc raised one of these early issues at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/174109.aspx In that thread Alan suggested it might be related to syncing other content but that didn't seem to fix Doc's problem. Richard and I noted we were seeing similar problems. I don't know if this is still a problem for Doc
- Benjamin and other discuss reading plan issues at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/177249/1024623.aspx#1024623
- Robert flagged an issue at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/177056.aspx that resulted in a long discussion leaving us concluding that there was an intermittent issue
- While reading plans were working properly for me up until a day or so ago I am now - once again - seeing the issues that Doc reported in that they appear in the Docs menu but not on the homepage
I thought it worth pulling these together - and apologies if I missed similar reports - to indicate that there seems to be a general problem here, even if intermittent and not affecting everyone, that has been around since the launch of v8 on mobile.
Any thoughts from Faithlife as to what is going on and what can be done to address this?
