Bug: Keyboard shortcuts don't work

Previous functionality prior to the update included several Mac keyboard shortcuts that are no longer in the app however the wiki still shows these as options:
[cmd] + [.] to form bullet list
[cmd] + [/] to form numbered list
[cmd] + [ [ ] to indent list
[cmd] + [ ] ] to decrease indent

However this does not work now with updated notes and has not worked since release.

If there is a list of known issues I don't know where to find it so I cannot check to see if these are still waiting for someone to get around to.
