highlight not showing in Web App - strange web message

The latest highlight I made in the Mobile Logos 8 app shows in the Mobile app and the Desktop version, but not on the web app. And, I get a strange message on the Web app and the app acts like it is still loading something and never finishes loading - I think it has to do with this message...

"waiting for resourcerenderingapi.faithlife.com..." see image which appears in lower left corner of Firefox and Chrome.

Is there any way to fix this so the highlight shows up in the Web App/
