While adding anchors to a note, a minimal abbreviation for a Bible book takes a minute or so.

  • Mt   for Matthew
  • Re   for Revelation
  • Ge   for Genesis

But if I type a longer abbreviation, the Anchor reference is resolved immediately.

  • Matt     for Matthew
  • Revel   for Revelation
  • Genes  for Genesis
