Where are the QuickStart Layouts on the Web App?

When I click the Layout button on the webapp I expected to find the quickstart layouts there but alas, no. I there a way to launch a quickstart layout without having to add card to the homepage?

QuickStart layouts were a great idea but it seems like the new Logos 8 interface is restricting our access to thiem, which makes them no long quick-start-layouts. Frustrating.

    QuickStart Layouts were released in August 2016. Are you saying the web app has changed it's access to them or that they've never been implemented in the web?
