This is expected.
The speech information is only tagged against the original language (LHB and SBLGNT). It's mapped through a reverse interlinear to your chosen translation. When the translators insert words (that are unaligned with the original language), they may appear before or after the icon.
Regarding your first screenshot, it appears that the editorial decision was that הִנֵּ֗ה (translated "Here" in NLT) was not part of the speech. I don't know enough Hebrew to say whether that seems right or not. It may be an error.
