BUG: Control-Tab Keyboard Shortcut (macOS 10.14.2 using Logos 8.1 SR-1)

As noted in THIS thread, the keyboard shortcuts for scrolling through tabs is broken. Instead of going to the next tab in the panel, it randomly scrolls through tabs.
