"Navigation failed" ?
For some time now I always get the "Navigation failed" on my Android (ver. 4.1) tablet using the NIV84 resource when I initiate for a new scripture passage. That resource stays stuck at the last location, currently Gal. 5. Scrolling works okay for the nearby vicinity but it's a problem if I want to go to say, Titus 3. I have changed my preferred Bible to the ESV to overcome this issue. Everything is fine with it and the NET Bible. If I jump to a passage from a link within a note in the NIV84, it brings up that passage but in the ESV.
Any suggestions to resolve this?

David, you mention having Android version 4.1, but currently the minimum supported version is 5.1. Is it possible for you to update to a more recent version of Android? You should be able to check for this by going to Settings and looking in the section "About device".

Thanks for your reply Joe. I checked my tablet and it is 5.1, with no updates available for it. (My phone is older, not so smart, is 4.1. I don't expect anything for it anymore.)
I should add to my original inquiry post... while I am connected via wifi I am able to go to other passages okay, the problem only exists when not connected by the wifi.

I get this problem also with NIV 1984 anglicised edition. However, it only fails on the first attempt to navigate. Works fine on subsequent navigation attempts. I'm using Android 8

David, Andy, please do the following for any resource with failed navigation:
- First, make sure you have an active internet connection to begin.
- Open the Logos Bible app.
- Find the resource in the Library list.
- Tap the Info icon that is to the right of the title.
- If you see an option for “Remove”, make use of it to remove the book. You will then be free to use the option for “Download” if you wish this book to be available when you are offline.

Hey Joe! I followed your instruction, and lo and behold everything works offline now! I hope this restores your issue too Andy.
Thank you very much for taking the time for providing the solution. I appreciate your help!
