Workflow created notes

I can't get the search function to work on the forums, it keeps giving me an error.

You can search the Logos forums through Google search (it's better method) by adding  site:community.logos.com/forums/  after your search terms.

Is there a way to have all the "notes" created when going through a workflow be one note, instead of 20+?

I know I can go through and delete and everything, but I wouldn't mind having the information in one note. I just get tired of so many note icons appearing next to my passage of text that I'm using. 

The workflow notes are stored in a single Notebook, that reflects the name of the workflow.

You can use the sidebar Filter in Notes tool to view the Notebook (and its notes).

Click on the Visual filters menu of the resource (bible) and go to Notes and Highlights. De-select the Notebook for the workflow(s).
