I'm trying to clean up all my notebooks/highlights.
But there are a lot of highlights which belong to "No Notebook"
How do I select these highlights and delete of reallocate them?

Use the Highlights filter to select Highlights. If possible, select "No Notebook" in the Notebook filter.
Otherwise, you can select multiple highlights, click the down arrow under Notebook and select a new Notebook (create it beforehand).
I chose and another option. Selecting all highlights in a specific resource. Then changing the notebook for all of them.
For now, I have now no more lost highlights, but it was a very time-consuming effort. I had hundreds of them!
I would like the have an option: "No Notebook"!
Faithlife have plans to obviate this, but unfortunately those plans are in the future! So open Notes tool to a specific Notebook before highlighting, etc.
