Can Concordance results be copied or pasted?

Hi Folks:

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to copy and past the results of a word section after the concordence tool runs.   There are 344 hits for the "M"   (translator note for NKJV stands for Majority Text). I could add them all manually, but is there a way to export or copy the results?  The export function doesn't seem to work.  Thanks,
