A 21 CRASH (Crucial)

Whenever Logos 4 is loading the beach ball appears without resuming to normalcy. This problem occurs every time Logos 4 loads. It's preventing me from doing anything at this time; Are there any other alternatives, I at least would like to get to my library ( Portfolio Edition). Right now I'm cutoff from everything.

You will probably want to change your username display (it can mined in Google for junk mail).

Also you will want to post your log files, the post at the top of the forum (2nd one) has a video demonstrating how if you need it. They will need the log files to help.

And remember...

Your are never cut off from your library while you have an internet connection.

There is always the online version, limited functions but still useful.
