To immediately update to the current beta enter the Update Now command. Otherwise, the app will automatically update the next time it's scheduled to check for updates.

Fred, the Notes tool simply remembers and applies your last-used note icon (for notes) or highlight style (for highlights).
How do I do this "custom layout cards for the dashboard!"?
Click the + sing on the dashboard and select layouts. You will get a list of you saved custom layouts

Can you also add the ability to add Lectionary Reading QuickStart layout to the homepage? That layout is more simplified than the Lectionary homepage layout that opens when you click a lectionary card. I would like to be able to access that layout from my homepage. Not sure why it's not included with the rest of the QuickStart layouts.

This is already present. Click the Devices filter. It give you the option to select those resources that are on each device, or are not on a given device

It's already a facet. Check the Devices facet group.

Only downloaded resources will display in Collections, because generally Collections are only usable for local functionality.
