I'm not sure FL has been updating their terms properly.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify our terms of service at any time. You should look at the terms regularly. If we make any changes to our terms of service, those modifications will be posted to this page.

In the above paragraph, what does "this page" refer to? I don't see any changes ever being posted to this page. The Pricing page has the benefits listed. Is that what they're referring to? I don't think they're posting them correctly.

The Terms of Service will be updated on the Terms of Service page. So if they changed the state where disputes would be arbitrated or whatever, that would be updated on the ToS. They do not treat the benefits, pricing, etc. as terms of service, so those kinds of things were never on that page and therefore that page is not updated.
