Confused by Logos 8 Basic

The Logos 8 Basic package web page lists Library Resources and Features when you select "I'd prefer to purchase only the Logos 8 Basic Library."  and it lists only Library Resources  when you select "I'd like to purchase and own the Logos 8 Basic Feature Upgrade."

I own the L8 Full Feature Set, but it states "You already have access to the Logos 8 Basic Feature Upgrade. You can purchase the feature set by selecting the option above."?

Why is the Resource Excerpts dataset included when Excerpts are not part of the L8 Home Page? And why is Bible Referents not included for <Person>, <Place> and <Thing> searches?
