This is a bit hard to explain, so I hope the screenshot helps. I was trying to search for all references to Tosephta Soṭah, and was conscious of the various spellings. So I typed what you see in the screenshot below. You'll see that the suggestion replaces the middle Soṭa, instead of adding to it. The other screenshot shows something similar. I can't get it to consistently reproduce the error, but it does it fairly often. I presume part of the cause for the error is the redundant search terms, but if that's what it's trying to correct, it's correcting the wrong ones.
Incidentally, I noticed a second bug. The word next to a parenthesis doesn't show any suggestions at all.
