Beta 2. Clarification request for library features. Bug?

1. Does "Devices" in the library refer to phones/tables that have the Logos app installed on them, or does it refer to desktops as well? in my case I see my Android devices and "This device" which the desktop/laptop i am using.
2. "Not on this device". Can this be used to control the number of resources on two or more different desktops/laptops?

“Devices“ applies to mobile and desktop.
”Not on this device” applies only to the current device. It doesn’t apply to any similar devices. Therefore it can only refer to ONE device, not two.

If it applies to desktop/laptop as well should I be able to see all the laptops/desktops Logos is installed on in this section? I can only see "This device" and the Android devices in this section, but not the other laptop/desktop.
I was messing with this the other day, and I was working under the assumption that it is not designed to show other desktop/laptops installations but only the one I was working with.
If my assumption was correct, there may be an issue with this feature. I removed different resources on the two different desktops/laptops I was using and after two Logos restarts both ended up downloading the resources I had removed previously so I ended up with the same resources on both Windows machines.
I retested it today and the same thing happened.
Maybe someone else can test this and confirm/deny.

The "Devices" list only shows mobile devices and this current desktop installation. We don't currently have plans to show other desktop installations.

We don't currently have plans to show other desktop installations.
I would like to see reconsidered. If other desktop installs aren't considered, then "not on any device" may very well be inaccurate. More importantly, I'd like to see (from my primary install) what resources I have in my secondary install (Windows install in a VM that I need for working with ParaText).

"not on any device" better reflects "Not on any mobile device", but it is still inaccurate. I prefer that it be removed, as I wouldn't find it useful even if accurate.
Knowing what "is on" other desktop installations could be useful, but are you envisioning a remote download of resources "not on" the device?

What about the issue I mentioned above?

EDIT: I'm waiting until FL has refined the cloud process for one installation before checking that two installations with the same login can be handled! It gets really interesting when the installations are on one computer (not just Logos and Verbum, but 2x Logos in different Windows user accounts).
