I performed a fresh Logos Beta 2 installation on a laptop and it downloaded all my resources including those marked as hidden. I had my Perseus Latin and Greek resources hidden but they were downloaded to the laptop. Also, in the Hidden section of program settings of the fresh installation there are no hidden resources listed. They are still listed in the older installation.
