Syncing problems
For some reason, when I add a highlight or note to my android app, it syncs with my desktop and the webapp, but when I make a highlight or note to my desktop and webapp, it doesn't sync to my android app. Any ideas? It wasn't always this way. For that matter, the notes and highlights I previously had made on my desktop before the sync problem started still show up on my android app which I find very strange.
The desktop and webapp sync with each other perfectly, by the way.

Hi Bruce - and welcome to the forums
There have been a number of reports of this sort of problem - and there have been different causes for it.
Please check in the Notes Tool on your Android device to see if the notes / highlights are actually appearing there and just not showing up in the resources.
Let us know what you find out

I'm not sure why and I'm certainly not complaining but for the first time in about a week and a half, things are suddenly syncing again. I did look at the notes tool and everything was there, but I had seen everything there earlier too. So far as I know I did nothing to change anything. But anyway, consider things solved for now. Thanks.
