Updates Notification dialogue styling suggestion
Currently (8.3 beta 2), resource and dataset sections each have a "close" X, yet clicking on any one of them dismiss the entire dialogue.
Seeing two separate X's, I expected to be able to dismiss only the resources section and leave the dataset notification until later. If the plan is to simply dismiss everything, I would suggest removing the individual X's and replacing them with a "Dismiss all" button. Perhaps something like this rough mockup:
Note: I also think it best to include the word "library" in the filter button in order to enhance clarity.

In an upcoming beta, it will work this way.
