When I try to open mac application, the app will start to load, will show the screen for 5 seconds and then crash repeatedly.

I'm not a Mac user but did you drag the icon into the application section? That seems to be the solution I keep reading.
I do have it in the applications folder. I have been using it for a while now and this is the first time it happens.
I just deleted Logos4 folder fromĀ /Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/ and that seemed to have done the trick. Although it appears I'll have to wait for the application to re-download all my library again.
