Notes not appearing in the "Your Content" section on my Passage Guide or any Guides

I have been writing notes through the book of Jeremiah and labeling them by chapter "Jeremiah 1", "Jeremiah 2" and so forth. When I do a passage guide on any of the chapters in Jeremiah - none of my created notes are showing up in the "Your Content" section of the guide. Anyone have any ideas as for how to get this to work?
