Having trouble opening the Faithlife Study Bible along with The Lexham English Bible together. The Lexham English Bible opens ok by itself and will open along with commentary ok.  I am happy with the Logos App on my iPhone, but not pleased with the web app. I would be reluctant to purchase from Logos and add to the web app if the functionality doesn't improve. I also noticed that the mobile app has more free resources available. 
Why not provide the same for your web app? Would appreciate your efforts to resolve these issues.
