I'm doing a fresh installation of Logos 8.3 Beta 3 (deleted ~/Library/Application Support/Logos). I'm only given the option to do a full download of my entire library. (This is my first test of Logos 8.3 so maybe I'm missing a step somewhere)
Brian, this is currently the expected behavior for users whose only Logos 8 package is Logos 8 Basic or Logos 8 Fundamentals. We expect this to be improved sometime in the near future.
