Possible to Cache streamed content?

I realize there may be copyright issues with making streaming content available on a local drive, but

We are in a rural location with VERY LIMITED broadband options. We do not have internet access in the building where our youthgroup meets. I would like to save to a local drive some content that we could display on a TV in our Youth Building. Is this possible at all?

We do plan to make videos downloadable for some devices in a future version of the apps, but it's not possible right now.
