Extend Logos URLs

URLs have been extended a good bit in Logos. It would be convenient to further extend them in more areas as a way to launch Logos (desktop, web) directly to Home Page, Blank Layout, Custom Layout, Builtin/Quick Layout with or without reference. The COM interface can be used to open custom layouts, but not builtin layouts. Using URLs would be a really nice (and possibly cheap?) way to allow users to setup links or small tools to open Logos in multiple useful ways.

And Workflows. Where it is easy to derive the keys, to create a new workflow with the given key.

For my current use case I'm working on my Rainmeter VotD skin. I have a mouse over menu with options to Open in Logos (open default bible), Copy verse text to clipboard, Copy verse ref to clipboard. And would like to add Open Bible Study Layout & Open Bible Study Workflow with the given reference. It seems like these urls could be more widely useful if easy to derive and can work between desktop & web. Bloggers or anyone writing could provide references for readers to open logos to a bible study, word or topic study, opening either a layout or workflow to a given reference. Reftagger could be extended. 

A suggestion for VotD: add more metadata to the VotD page that flags topic/theme, people/places/things, that could be used to launch additional studies.
