Bug: Resources Updated notice not accurate or timely

I've noted instances where the Updated notice will give incorrect or untimely results e.g. wrong numbers (resources/datasets) after Beta 3 installation, but correct numbers after a restart. This time:

• I selected 63 resources in Library and clicked Download in the Info pane
• The download (remaining) count decreased until it reached 4
• the Updated notice showed 59 resources
• the Indexer log stated 63 resources were being indexed
• The info pane showed no more resources selected
• "This device" facet showed the correct number of resources on device
• After a restart, Updated showed 60 resources
• Info NotificationsViewModel (Timed) Refreshing recent updates notifications
  Info NotificationsViewModel 60 resources were recently updated

I believe that the problem has been fixed, and will be available in an upcoming beta. Please retest when that comes through so we can determine if there are additional related problems.
