there seems to be three versions of TR, what version do you use and does it matter?
There are actually 4 TRs and 1 Byzantine Majority Text. There is a Newberry Interlinear TR. Elzevir, Newberry and TR1550 do not have accents in the Greek text if that is important to you. I think the best overall is the Scrivener or the Byzantine Majority Text, although technically it is not TR. The others are good for comparison, but not study of the Greek Text.

If you're looking for the TR that most closely aligns with the KJV then you want Scrivener. There are two Scrivener TRs in the Logos store, and I think the difference between them is the morphological tagging. I can't tell you which one is better because I only have one of them in my library.
