[BUG] iOS Mobile App - Sometimes text selection context menu does not appear or does not function

I've observed a bug that occurs on both my iPad (12.9", 2017) and iPhone X.  The bug is that after selecting text either (1) the context menu that allows you take a note, make a clipping, etc. does not pop up; or (2) it does pop up but clicking the menu options has no effect.  I cannot figure out a pattern to when this occurs, but it happens quite frequently.  Sometimes force quitting the app and re-launching it restores the functionality. Sometimes I have to shutdown/re-start the iPad or iPhone.  I've reported it through the app, but thought it might be helpful to post here.
